We’re seeking experienced Legal Transcriptionists to join our growing team. If you're detail-oriented, familiar with legal terminology, and take pride in accuracy and confidentiality, we want to hear from you. As a DailyScribed transcriber, you’ll handle legal audio files including court hearings, depositions, and pleadings. You’ll work remotely, set your own schedule, and be paid per file.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1

    1+ years of legal transcription experience

  • 2

    Strong grammar, punctuation, and formatting skills

  • 3

    Excellent research ability to verify names, cases, and terminology

  • 4

    Familiarity with legal terminology and citation formatting

  • 5

    Experience with transcription tools (e.g., ExpressScribe, foot pedal)

  • 6

    Reliable internet and power supply

  • 7

    Strong attention to deadlines and confidentiality

Responsibilities

    Transcribe audio files with legal content accurately

    Format transcripts according to the provided style guides

  • 3

    Conduct research to confirm legal references, names, and citations

    Meet assigned deadlines
